The SAOC East website is being completely rebuilt to give our members, Executive team and wider community one useful place to stay informed, get involved and help carry the association forward.
This is a brand-new website, and what you see today is only the beginning. The initial focus has been creating a clean, accessible structure that is easy to navigate on both computers and mobile devices.
The public side will share our events, campaigns, news, heritage and community work. The Members Portal will provide one organized location for association resources, meeting minutes, governance documents, media and member updates.
Future features may include:
- Online membership applications and renewals
- A complete events calendar
- Campaign dashboards showing objectives, budgets and results
- Digital forms and standardized association documents
- Member stories, photographs and submarine dits
- An expanded historical archive
- Executive working tools to simplify and standardize administration
- Better ways for members to volunteer, contribute ideas and participate from anywhere
The goal is to build a useful association ecosystem that makes things simpler for members, reduces administrative work and provides tools to help strengthen the association.
The website is still under active development, so some sections may be incomplete or change as we learn what works. Your experience and feedback will help determine where it goes next.
